Spice Cake Cookies

I loved the Vanilla Cake cookies so much, that I had to try "Spice Cake," cookies. Well, my husband said they were my best cookies. I liked them but I think I am more of a Chocolate chip cookie or Sugar cookie person. Directions: 1-box of spice cake, 1 stick of Margarine or Butter (1/2 cup), 1 egg and 1/4 teaspoon ginger. Then I drizzled them with "Duncan Hines," cream cheese frosting.

For All The Tough Mama's Out There!

My mom really knows how to Arm Wrestle. She was arm wrestling my boys and kicking their butt! I told her to pick on someone her own size! That is when she kicked my butt all over the place! Look at the smile on her face! I think she is enjoying this way too much!

Cake Mix Cookies

I made cookies with cake mix today and they were so DELICIOUS and EASY! I recommend these cookies to anyone that loves cookies and vanilla cake. I used 1-box of vanilla cake mix, 1 stick of butter (soften) = (1/2 cup) and 1 egg. The dough tasted GREAT and even better when they were baked. My son wanted butterscotch chips in his cookies and it was a great combination. I give these cookies a 9.5 out of 10.
