I loved the Vanilla Cake Cookies so much, I had to try lemon. I liked them but I will have to let my sister-in-law Julie try them tomorrow and she can be the Judge! She loves Lemon Cake. I use one box of Duncan Hines Lemon Cake, 1 stick of margarine, 1 egg and 1/4 teaspoon of Lemon extract
Louise from Copenhagen is an amazing teacher and always inspiring people who want to learn more about decorating cookies, cakes and cupcakes. Which is so nice for people like me, because I need all the help and instructions I can get! I am sure there are a lot of people out there that feel the same way~
I loved the Vanilla Cake cookies so much, that I had to try "Spice Cake," cookies. Well, my husband said they were my best cookies. I liked them but I think I am more of a Chocolate chip cookie or Sugar cookie person. Directions: 1-box of spice cake, 1 stick of Margarine or Butter (1/2 cup), 1 egg and 1/4 teaspoon ginger. Then I drizzled them with "Duncan Hines," cream cheese frosting.
My mom really knows how to Arm Wrestle. She was arm wrestling my boys and kicking their butt! I told her to pick on someone her own size! That is when she kicked my butt all over the place! Look at the smile on her face! I think she is enjoying this way too much!
I made cookies with cake mix today and they were so DELICIOUS and EASY! I recommend these cookies to anyone that loves cookies and vanilla cake. I used 1-box of vanilla cake mix, 1 stick of butter (soften) = (1/2 cup) and 1 egg. The dough tasted GREAT and even better when they were baked. My son wanted butterscotch chips in his cookies and it was a great combination. I give these cookies a 9.5 out of 10.
