Yummmmmmmm! I love this cake! I am just cleaning out my pantry and have to get rid of all these baking supplies. I decided to put Apple Pie filling and a 3 oz. box of vanilla pudding mix in the spice cake mix. I followed the recipe on the box. I made a butter cream frosting and added 1/2 teaspoon of maple flavoring . I topped with chopped pecans. The cake was a TASTY, moist Spice cake. I give it a 91/2 out of 10.
